How to select materials, compare processes, prepare a quote, approve artwork and plan equipment identification. These guides offer direct, practical answers. Performance, certification, price and lead time still require independent project review.
Start with the installation environment, plate size, marking process and mounting method. Then compare 201/304/316L stainless steel, H62 brass and aluminium. A material grade alone does not establish corrosion performance or suitability; the application and artwork still require review.
Choose a process based on artwork detail, colour, desired surface and mounting geometry. Etching, screen printing, laser marking and stamping have different roles and may be combined. Feasibility depends on material, thickness and the dimensions of the actual artwork.
Include the intended use, exact artwork or text, dimensions, material or environment, finish and marking preferences, mounting method, quantity, delivery location and requested timing. An incomplete enquiry is welcome, but pricing and lead time require a formal specification review.
Check exact wording and units, model and serial formats, text sizes and contrast, selected material and finish, mounting holes and attachment, plus the version being approved. A Design Studio preview or export is not an automatic production approval.
Choose fields from the actual equipment documents: relevant brand or maker information, model, required ratings, identifiers and safety notices. Exact fields depend on the product and applicable requirements. Never copy example ratings or assume that a reference design demonstrates regulatory compliance.
Basis: current ZERUI public product references and listed process options. Guides are not independent test reports, certifications or delivery guarantees.
